Dr Barry McVinney (Saxophone, Flute, and Clarinet)
Dr. Barry McVinney has more than 30 years of teaching experience in flute, clarinet, saxophone and jazz improvisations. He graduated Cum Laude from SUNY Fredonia with a bachelor’s degree in music theory and he received his doctorate degree from UT Austin, concentrating on flute performance. He is currently teaching at Hendrix College, Pulaski Technical College, and at the Adventure in the Arts program in Little Rock.
